Prema-Service Pinch Valves

The reliable Shut-OFF Valve directly operated either pneumatic or hydraulic for viscous, granulated, contaminated and aggressive media.
proven / robust / reliable / economic

High operating dependability-long term durability

Shut-off is effected through pressure on the outside of the cylindrical sleeve. Either air pressure or water is used as control media.
The simple design guarantees a perfect OPENING and CLOSING cycle-also with media of high solids content and contaminated media.
Even at high number of switching operations the valve will continue to work without problems.

Ideally suited for almost all operating conditions

PREMAFLEX Pinch Valves are suitable for any pourable, granular or pulpy media as well as for liquid or gaseous media.
The special construction of the sleeve effects the closing in a level to the middle (centre) axis.
The absolutely tight Seal is guaranteed-even at high number operations.
Temperature ressistant, depending on sleeve quality, from -20˚-+120℃.
Chemically-resistant (waste water, acids and caustic solutions).
Fire resistant.

Sleeve of high elasticity

closes also with trapped solid matter tight-even at high number actuation′s.
Available in different qualities depending on operating conditions/requirements.

Suitable material selection

The individual operating conditions require specific material qualities.
All Valve components are available in different materials and maybe combined for all sizes.
